Welcome July ICLWers!

Yay! It is ICLW!

Welcome to my blog. A little about me: Hubby and I have been TTC for 2 years. We've done 4 IUIs (cl.omid and ovid.rel) and 2 IVFs (long Lupr.on protocols), and have been BFN every time. Right now we have begun the process of working with a far away clinic, and hope to cycle with them in a month or two. The waiting is killing me, and I vacillate from doing ok to not-so-ok. And I see pregnant people everywhere! ACK!

So welcome again!

  1. Happy ICLW. I'm in the same boat. Yesterday was a low day for me. I hope to be in high spirits when the weekend comes - nothing worse than being miserable during the weekend.

  3. Happy ICLW!

Oh the pregnant people. Stop by my blog and read the post about wanting to punch a hyper-fertile pregnant person. They drive me nuts and their questions about when are you going to have one. I am lucky I have self-control, a few I would like to punch (i.e. neighbor across the street).

Wishing you the best for your new cycle.

  4. Stopping by from ICLW... I have always wondered what it would take for me to make up my mind that I need to change RE's or have to trust a new RE... what specifically made you change your RE? Sorry, if I have missed your previous post. I am praying that the new RE works a charm on you and you get your BFP! We are currently working on our 1st IVF cycle!

  5. BB - I changed my RE because after 2 failed IUI and 2 failed IVFs, he wanted to do exactly the same protocol on me again, and did not want to do any further testing (like uterine lining, genetic testing, CGH, etc). I didn't have a wonderful response any time, so it made no sense to do the same thing over and over again. And he could never tell me why things didn't work. Also, I began looking hard at SART stats, and wanted to go to a place that gave me the best odds.

Good luck on your IVF cycle!!

  10. I hate seeing pregnant people everywhere. They are so glowy and happy! Or they are complaining about how uncomfortable they are! I hope you find that the new RE brings you a new plan you feel comfortable with. The waiting stinks! Hang in there.

  13. Thanks for stopping by my blog.

Why can't pregnant people stay clear of the rest of us? It's so depressing when you're ttc!

Good luck with your next IVF!

  19. Good Luck with the new clinic...I know that having shifted to a faraway clinic must be adding to the stress.

I hope all this stress leads to a very very positive outcome.
