Yay! It is ICLW!
Welcome to my blog. A little about me: Hubby and I have been TTC for 2 years. We've done 4 IUIs (cl.omid and ovid.rel) and 2 IVFs (long Lupr.on protocols), and have been BFN every time. Right now we have begun the process of working with a far away clinic, and hope to cycle with them in a month or two. The waiting is killing me, and I vacillate from doing ok to not-so-ok. And I see pregnant people everywhere! ACK!
So welcome again!

Happy ICLW. I'm in the same boat. Yesterday was a low day for me. I hope to be in high spirits when the weekend comes - nothing worse than being miserable during the weekend.

Happy ICWL Week! Thanks for your comment on my blog! I totally hear you on the pregnant people everywhere - it's an epidemic! Looking forward to supporting you in the waiting and cycling!
ReplyDeleteHappy ICLW!
ReplyDeleteOh the pregnant people. Stop by my blog and read the post about wanting to punch a hyper-fertile pregnant person. They drive me nuts and their questions about when are you going to have one. I am lucky I have self-control, a few I would like to punch (i.e. neighbor across the street).
Wishing you the best for your new cycle.
Stopping by for an ICLW visit...
No. 95: The Unfair Struggle (male-factor infertility, good friends, neighborhood rumblings)
Stopping by from ICLW... I have always wondered what it would take for me to make up my mind that I need to change RE's or have to trust a new RE... what specifically made you change your RE? Sorry, if I have missed your previous post. I am praying that the new RE works a charm on you and you get your BFP! We are currently working on our 1st IVF cycle!
ReplyDeleteBB - I changed my RE because after 2 failed IUI and 2 failed IVFs, he wanted to do exactly the same protocol on me again, and did not want to do any further testing (like uterine lining, genetic testing, CGH, etc). I didn't have a wonderful response any time, so it made no sense to do the same thing over and over again. And he could never tell me why things didn't work. Also, I began looking hard at SART stats, and wanted to go to a place that gave me the best odds.
ReplyDeleteGood luck on your IVF cycle!!
Hope you have success with your next cycle and that you don't have to wait too long for it.

I can't imagine going through ALL those procedures and STILL not getting your BFP. My heart goes out to you. I hope this next IVF is a success.

Happy ICLW to you! It is nice to meet you and I hope everything goes great with your coming cycle!
ReplyDeleteYay for new cycles. I'm excited for you and anxious to see what the near future holds. Third time is the charm!! =)
ReplyDeleteI hate seeing pregnant people everywhere. They are so glowy and happy! Or they are complaining about how uncomfortable they are! I hope you find that the new RE brings you a new plan you feel comfortable with. The waiting stinks! Hang in there.

THE WAITING SUCKS!!I am sorry you are having to wait so much. Good luck girl!!
ReplyDeleteICLW
Good luck!
ReplyDeleteThe waiting game is filled with many self-induced ups and downs...ugh. I hope it flies by for you and results in a pregnancy!

Thanks for stopping by my blog.
ReplyDeleteWhy can't pregnant people stay clear of the rest of us? It's so depressing when you're ttc!
Good luck with your next IVF!

I think you just described how most of us feel, well certainly me anyway! So so tired of all the waiting and I change from okay to not okay frequently! Good luck with your new clinic!

Happy ICLW to you - and thanks for the support on telling the boss today. Went well - now fingers crossed that this whole thing works.
ReplyDeleteWhere are the pregnant women coming from? I swear we're in the middle of another baby boom!
ReplyDeleteGood Luck with the new clinic...I know that having shifted to a faraway clinic must be adding to the stress.
ReplyDeleteI hope all this stress leads to a very very positive outcome.

Hi! I'm excited for you to be going to a new clinic and trying something different. Best of luck to you and I hope you have nothing but success!
ReplyDeleteThere are pregnant women swarming around here, too. I want to drink whatever water they're drinking!!
ReplyDeleteHope the new clinic works out well, and that the wait passes quickly.
